A real person reads these. Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead, and you will usually hear back within two working days.

Report a listing that is wrong

This is the most useful message you can send us. If a deadline has moved, a funding figure is wrong, a program has closed, or something looks like it is not a real opportunity, tell us which one and what you saw on the official page. Records are re-checked and corrected, and a record we cannot confirm gets pulled rather than left up.

Common things

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by the app store, so they are cancelled there. On iPhone: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, then Scholarship Alert. On Android: Play Store, Menu, Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal — you keep Pro until the period you paid for ends.

Refunds

Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. Request one through the store's own refund process. If something went wrong on our side, write to us anyway and we will help you make the case.

The trial

Seven days of Pro, no payment method. It starts when your first matches arrive rather than when you sign up, so a profile you have not finished will not burn it. It does not become a paid subscription on its own.

Export your data

Ask us and we will send your profile and tracker data in a machine-readable format.

Delete your account

Settings, then Delete account. It is immediate and cannot be undone — your profile, saved opportunities and tracker go with it. If you only want to stop the emails, turn off notifications instead.

Too many, or too few, notifications

Settings has per-type controls and digest frequency. Free accounts get a weekly digest, Pro can set daily. If you are getting nothing, check that notifications are allowed for the app in your device settings.
